The hotel was commissioned by the client  to be run by the Ramada Group and is now operated by the Movenpick chain. The design consists of two buildings, each 7-storeys above ground with 3 levels of basement, with 297 rooms and suites. There is a pool and garden at roof top level. SMC provided the structural engineering for this project.
