We undertook the structural engineering design of the original logistics warehouse for the client in 2001 and were subsequently invited back to undertake the design of an extension. This extension involved an additional 5,000m² of warehouse space, including 10 loading bays, and the addition of a 2-storey bay to the front of the existing warehouse to accommodate new offices, a lecture theatre as well resting facilities for drivers.
