We undertook the structural design of this mixed-use complex which includes a 23-storey hotel, a 27-storey office and a shopping mall at podium level.

A challenge for the structural engineering design was that the architectural design involved the hotel tower positioned at an angle to the orthogonal structural grid of the podium below, and in order to accommodate this we designed a floating foundation at podium roof level.
