This building was a new extension to the existing famed Rutnin Eye Hospital on Soi Asoke, Bangkok, and provided an additional 6,500m2 of facilities including extra car parking. We provided the structural engineering design; and a challenge for the design was to accommodate the connection between the old and the new buildings so that internal flow of spaces would not be compromised.
