As well as undertaking the structural engineering design of the buildings for this golf club, SMC also undertook the civil engineering design of the internal infrastructure of the site. This included a 2.8km dual carriageway road, 2 vehicular bridges (21m and 22m clear spans respectively), car parking areas for 200 vehicles; as well as 12 cart and 20 foot bridges throughout the course itself.
