This project comprised a complex of buildings for recreation, training and education set in a land-scaped park.  A 4-lane approach road formed the entrance into the park from the public right of way, off which a dual-carriage access road threaded through the site – in total 2.6km.  SMC undertook the design of this infrastructure which also included various parking areas.
