We undertook the structural design of this large-scale retail development  in Chaengwattana , a major suburb of Bangkok. The scheme consists of a department store and shopping complex and multi-screen cinema, all arranged over 9 floors, as well as a car park for over 1,120 cars. The main building also included 16 levels of office space and an adjacent 10-storey car park for a further 3,643 cars.
