This hotel and resort was designed and built in 3 phases starting in 1986, with the last phase covering 1998-2000.
We undertook the structural and civil engineering design of the project which involved: two 12-storey wings of accommodation, and a further two 6-storey, a 5-storey, a 4-storey, a 3-storey and one double-storey building. Facilities comprised a convention hall of 850m2, 4 large lagoon-type swimming pools and 6 tennis courts and extensive gardens.
