Phase 1 of this service apartment was completed on Soi Ruam Rudee in central Bangkok, and is comprised of 215 units, over 18 storeys, and associated facilities including an outdoor pool at podium-roof level.

We undertook the structural design of this project which was to be built in phases, and would have measured 40 storeys, if completed in full.
