This 1600MW power plant occupies a 350-rai plot. We were responsible for the structural design of all operational and administrative buildings, other than structures directly concerned with the power production itself.
the power plant included over 18 different types of building structures, the main ones being: 2 turbine halls, each of 4,500m2; 2 electrical buildings, each of 500m2; water pre-treatment and treatment buildings, each of 2,100m2; cooling tower blocks, each 3,900m2; gas compressor building, 1,790m2; administration office, 2,375m2; workshop and warehouse of 2,600m2.
We also undertook the design of the site infrastructure which included 5.5km of road, storm water and sewerage drainage.
